SAE Nashville Music Business Chair Weighs in on ‘Blurred Lines’ Verdict

Throughout the case of the family of Marvin Gaye’s copyright infringement suit against Robin Thicke, Dr. E. Michael Harrington, the Music Business Program Department Chair at SAE Institute Nashville, provided insight to media outlets. Naturally, upon learning of the verdict, he weighed in on the potential implications the music industry faces as a result of the jury finding that Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams did infringe on “Got to Give It Up.”
