Interactive Audio Bachelor of Applied Science

Overview

Program Overview

The Interactive Audio Bachelor's Degree program focuses on digital and analog music and post-production environment to get the student into the field in as few as 32 months.

 

Degree Progression

Each academic year you'll be immersed in project-based, hands-on courses while gradually accruing your general education requirements.

Freshman Year: Music Theory, Communications & Critical Thinking, Living in a Media World

Sophomore Year: Concepts in Science, Mathematical Concepts, Basic Recording, Studio Maintenance

Junior Year: Popular Culture, Intermediate Recording & Production, Live Sound & Lighting, Digital Audio Workstations, Interactive Audio Fundamentals

Senior Year: Creative Writing, American History, Adaptive Audio Integration, Programming for Sound Artists, Senior Research Project

Bachelor's of Applied Science students will be required to complete 36 credits of General Education classes including: Communications & Critical Thinking, Mathematical Concepts, American History, Creative Writing, and more.
