Our FOCUS ON THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF STAFF AND STUDENTS

SAE Institute encourages everyone to continue maintaining good hygiene.  All current medical advice suggests that the best ways to prevent the virus from spreading include washing your hands regularly, wear a face covering, and avoiding close contact with anyone showing symptoms of respiratory illness such as coughing and sneezing.

In addition to nightly cleaning of our campuses, our cleaning staff are disinfecting common areas and high-traffic frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, and hand rails.  All campuses are providing extra hand sanitizer, Clorox wipes, latex gloves, and face masks for staff and students to use.

We encourage anyone who is feeling unwell – including staff or students – to stay home and seek medical advice.  This is important, not only in preventing COVID-19, but also preventing the spread of other colds and flu.

We will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19 on our teaching and learning communities and will update staff and students as appropriate.

Finally, we are aware there are staff and students who are feeling very vulnerable and anxious at this time, including those who have family and friends directly impacted by COVID-19. This virus does not discriminate – and neither do we. Ours must be a culture of empathy, compassion, and support first and foremost.
