In the early 2000s, Elmore co-founded Sixthman; then, an artist management company and now a cruise festival company. Their roster included Sister Hazel (Universal), DexterFreebish (Capitol), Marathon (Dualtone), and others, and Elmore played the role of marketing, promotion, branding, and communication specialist on behalf of their artists and projects, including what became The Rock Boat – a music festival at sea now celebrating its 20th year
