SAE Institute Atlanta is proud to announce the appointment of Adam Barnes as the new Director of Career Services.
In his new role, Barnes will be responsible for the delivery of services and outcomes that support the primary objective of the campus’s Career Services department. Functions include working directly with SAE Institute Atlanta students, alumni, and employers to assist in providing resources for entry-level career development.
The SAE Institute Career Services department is available to all future graduates and alumni and includes identifying job opportunities, career fair participation, employer spotlights, advisory board membership, and maintaining a network of industry and employer partnerships.
Adam Barnes is a seasoned Career Services professional having held prior leadership roles at the United Education Institute in Atlanta. Barnes specializes in several career service functions including career assessment interpretation, interview coaching, resume and cover letter development, job search techniques, and more. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
“I’m looking forward to providing our students with opportunities to launch their careers including the strategies, techniques, and networking tools necessary to get started in the creative media industry,” says Barnes.
