ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Entrance exam

SAE Institute requires all applicants to successfully pass the Entrance Evaluation —Wonderlic Scholastic Level Exam (Wonderlic SLE)— by scoring a minimum of 14 for Diploma or Associate Degree Programs and a minimum of 18 for Bachelor Degree Programs.

Proof of graduation

SAE Institute requires a standard high school diploma, GED or state equivalency exam in order to enroll in a program. Students applying to SAE Institute must provide documentation as Proof of Graduation (POG) prior to acceptance.

You must be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-citizen, or provide proof of appropriate student visa

Applicants must Be at least 17 years old

You must be at least 17 years old to meet our admission requirements.

CAN I TRANSFER TO SAE INSTITUTE?

Looking to transfer to SAE Institute? Students who formerly attended a post-secondary institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education may be granted transfer credit for equivalent courses taken at the previous institution.
