On Friday, August 2nd, 2024, SAE Institute of Technology Nashville will host its first Campus Block Party featuring super producer, Drumma Boy.
The event, which will be from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, will feature studio demos led by Drumma Boy, a Q&A session, and live performances from students.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, Drumma Boy was exposed to music at a young age. While studying Music Business at the University of Memphis, he quickly built a name for himself making hip-hop beats in his room outside of classes. Soon after, he became one of the most sought-after producers in Tennessee.
Currently, Drumma Boy is a renowned, Grammy-winning and 10x Diamond Certified producer best known for working with Atlanta rap legends Ludacris, T.I., Young Jeezy, Gucci Mane, Killer Mike, 2 Chainz, and more. He has also produced countless hit records for Lil Wayne, Drake, and Nicki Minaj.
“We’re really excited to welcome Drumma Boy to our campus”, says SAE Institute Nashville Campus Director, Shannon Meggert. “His impressive contributions to the music industry resonate deeply with our community, and we look forward to the inspiration and insight he will undoubtedly bring to our students and guests.”
