What a way to ring in 2020!
Five SAE Institute North America campuses hosted various events Saturday, January 11th in an effort to open the campus up to the public and introduce people to SAE Institute. The campuses that participated each featured something different, from an all out New Year’s Bash to a Meet the Alumni event.
SAE Institute Chicago hosted Music Summit 2020. Attendees were able to participate in hands on workshops and open mic sessions. They were even treated to a guest performance by Chicago based singer/songwriter Adam Emil.
SAE Institute Nashville hosted Save Music City: A Home Studio Expo. Guests got the chance to learn about the history, technology, and legal battles that face Nashville’s home studios. It was a day full of discussion panels, product demos and insightful conversations.
SAE Institute Miami hosted Meet the Music Makers. Those that attended this event got the chance to meet the talented SAE Institute Alumni who have worked with music legends in and around Miami, including DJ Khaled, Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Jay-Z, and more! The panel of successful alumni answered questions, shared their tips for success, and talked about their experiences working in the audio industry.
SAE Institute Atlanta hosted 2020 Fest with local radio station V-103. Attendees were treated to a meet & greet with V-103’s DJ Greg Street, a free concert sponsored by The Rabbot Distribution, and the opportunity to win SAE Institute swag and a 2 hour recording session.
SAE Expression College hosted an all out 2020 New Year’s Bash. There were special guest appearances by local Bay Area artists, DJ’s on the turntables, Beat Battle Contests, and even a Game Truck!
There were admissions representatives on site, opportunities to tour our campuses, and sample some of what our campuses have to offer. It was a day full of fun, food, and friends.
