A Thanksgiving Feast at SAE Institute Chicago

This holiday season, the SAE Institute Chicago team joined forces to bring a warm, home-style Thanksgiving meal to students on campus.

Campus Director James Kapitan helped lead the initiative, deep-frying turkeys on site and coordinating with faculty and staff members who pitched in to prepare sides, set up the dining area, and serve meals throughout the day. The halls were filled with the smell of Thanksgiving and the sound of students gathering to share food, connection, and conversation between classes.

For many students, especially those who aren’t able to travel home, this meal offered a meaningful moment of comfort and community. It was a reminder of what makes SAE Chicago special: a campus where people look out for one another and where creativity and support go hand in hand.

We’re grateful to everyone who contributed their time, energy, and heart to make this celebration possible and to our students, who make our campus feel like family every day.
